After 10 years with Australia’s then pre-eminent residential development marketing company, PRD Realty, Rick joined Jones Lang LaSalle in February 1997 to take responsibility for the company’s activities in the Australian residential market, providing marketing services to developers through Jones Lang LaSalle’s network of offices in Australia and Asia.
Rick has been personally responsible for devising and implementing successful marketing programs for major residential developments in Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Darwin and Adelaide.
Over the past twenty five years he has been handling marketing assignments for projects whose sales value well exceeds $2 billion.

🐝 According to the theory of aerodynamics, and as may be readily demonstrated by means of a wind tunnel, the bumble bee is unable to fly.
This is because the size, shape and weight of its body in relation to the total wingspan make flight impossible. But the bumble bee, being ignorant of these scientific facts and possessing considerable determination, does fly……….and makes a little honey, too.
