Booth Harcourt & Co has been formed by two of Adelaide’s leading property specialists, Patrick Booth and Rick Harcourt. The company’s proprietors have completed successful marketing and sales campaigns for many Adelaide development projects in recent years delivering over 600 apartment and townhouse sales and over 1,000 residential land sales.
Current appointments include Kent Town’s latest development project Observatory offering 78 apartments and townhouses.
Over the past twenty years the proprietors of Booth Harcourt & Co. have handled marketing assignments for projects whose sales value well exceeds $2 billion.
After ten years with Australia’s then pre-eminent residential development marketing company, PRD Realty, Rick joined Jones Lang LaSalle in February 1997 to take responsibility of the company’s activities in the Australian residential market, providing marketing services to developers through Jones Lang LaSalle’s network of offices in Australia and Asia.
Patrick has a unique property related background, with a deep understanding of multiple residential markets throughout Australia.
His extensive experience in residential real estate, property development and project marketing has been a proven foundation for success across major projects in Adelaide and Melbourne.
