His extensive experience in residential real estate, property development and project marketing has been a proven foundation for success across major projects in Adelaide and Melbourne.
Understanding customer trends and marketplace dynamics has allowed him to consult with developers from initial site analysis and product concept through to marketing and sales campaigns to ensure market acceptance and ultimately a successful project.
Rick has been personally responsible for devising and implementing successful marketing programs for major residential developments in Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Darwin and Adelaide.
Over the past twenty years he has been handling marketing assignments for projects whose sales value well exceeds $2 billion.
During more than thirty years in the residential development marketing arena, he has studied methods used in marketing fully planned communities, residential towers and medium density estates in most Australian states; the southern US states of California, Arizona, Texas and Georgia; and in Hong Kong, Jakarta and Singapore.
On returning to Adelaide in 2003 Rick established a project marketing consultancy (Residential Development Marketing Services (SA) Pty Ltd – RDMS) and in 2018 joined with Patrick Booth and rebranded the consultancy to Booth Harcourt & Co.
